Bad Joke

From the state of Texas, Congressman Sam Johnson (R-Texas) made a "joke" that was taken the wrong way. He said something about nuking Syria. Besides being tasteless, I find this to be incredibly stupid. How could he expect to not be taken seriously? Could he possibly be covering himself by saying it was just a joke when he meant it? It's a serious possibility.

The joke was shared between Bush and him who are veteran buddies. They both were having a good laugh--a good laugh that backfired when it was found out to have been caught on tape.

Sam, we have many comedians who like to offer political humor. Do your job and they'll do theirs. No more jokes.
