And the Carnage Continues

The insurgence is brutal and ruthless towards soldiers. And also it makes sense...the last thing they want are Iraqi soldiers fighting to bring them down.

About 50 Iraqi US-trained soldiers were killed when three minibuses were waylaid. They were heading home from basic training when the insurgents attacked them. The soldiers killed were lined up and most were shot in the head.

Also, a U.S. State Dept. Officer was killed. A rebel-fired rocket or mortar shell crashed into the trailer where he was sleeping at an American base near the Baghdad airport. Edard Seitz, the officer killed, was 41, and his death is believed to be the first death of a U.S. diplomat in Iraq since the war began in March 2003.

Thank Guy

...for stopping by.

I want to ask a question. I have the feeling that someone can answer this.

I have seen so much that shows Bush misled the country. Would somebody like to give me some information to make me think differently?

This is in reference to the 'An Elephant Never Forgets?...' post.
