This Day: In Republicans

As part of keeping a tab on the two parties of America, let's take a look at Republicans.

Hype is a big word for Republicans who like a Hollywood marketer like to create buzz around something and snag the American people. The American people are now hearing about Wednesday night's State of the Union speech as Bush and the rest of the Right Wing Alliance of America (yea, you know what I am talking about) are getting ready for what should be a great night. Now I don't particularly like Bush, the speaker. I find that he is an acquired taste. But if you want to keep up with what's going on in America, it is necessary to watch the State of the Union. I figure the speech will go like this:

First half: Thank you for your support with the overhyped Iraq war; Iraqis are now free
Second half: Join me now in fighting the overhyped Social Security crisis; your efforts will determine the "future of America"

You see...if it's not an issue, the Republicans make it one. It works, but it also costs a lot of money and wastes a lot of time.
