Three Strikes You're Out!

"A three strikes, you're out" policy might apply here considering the fact that Rumsfeld has again done something terribly wrong.

He just admitted to using a machine to sign condolence letters to the families of soldiers killed in the country. It's not the first time he has been condemned for his actions.

MAY 7, 2004: Rumsfeld apologizes for prisoner abuse

We all remember that...Abu Ghraib.

Then on DEC 8, 2004: Soldiers asked him questions about the war in Iraq and complained about long deployments and a lack of armored vehicles and other equipment

"Why do us soldiers have to dig through local landfills for pieces of scrap metal and compromised ballistic glass to up-arm our vehicles?" Wilson asked the defence secretary. "And why don't we have those resources available to us?"

To which Rumsfeld said: "You go to war with the army you have," Rumsfeld added, "not the army you might want or wish to have."

I look at this as a neglect for soldier's feelings. And then the condolence machine issue... On top of Abu Ghraib...

Okay I'll give a little here. Let's say war brings about a stretch of supplies and a lack of armored vehicles and brings long deployments. We won't count that as a strike. But Rumsfeld, the world is watching so get it under control.
